Study Center

Here our walls are lined with a unique collection of newly released, out-of-print and rare books that form the core of depth and richness of our resources.  These books are an invaluable library to those studying the richness of Christian tradition as they meet with contemporary issues influencing our faith and culture.

The space is host to dinners and intimate conversations of consequence among spiritual seekers and community renewal builders.

A place for developing the art and craft of espresso preparation for baristas.  This is at the center of our work with building excellence in community coffeehouses.  Along with barista training we also do recipe development and small-ware food prep equipment research for effective, affordable use in small cafes.

The most complete collection of home & small commercial espresso machines in the country.  This is an important resource for our development of customized approaches for non-profits and ministries providing hospitality services.

The “big room” offers space for community gatherings, lectures, films, art showings and fundraising events.

The room houses the main selection (around 6,000 titles) of Pilgrim Places’ books.

In the warmer months the space opens up to a contemplative garden and outdoor eating area for larger events.

We are located in West Norwood on the corner of Mills and Carter across from Speckled Bird Café and St. Elizabeth’s Cathedral. We are surrounded by some great people and spaces that are improving our own community.
